The staff provided really good service and attention. I felt genuinely cared for from arrival to departure. The housekeepers maintained high standards. They ensured my room was consistently immaculate.
The gym gets quite crowded during peak hours. More equipment would be helpful.

every single member of staff is genuinely friendly and eager to help the atmosphere is very luxurious. i found the children's pool hours convenient, and the pool facilities are a joy to use with ample towels. i was able to order drinks and simple children's meals to eat by the pool which was really handy
i was surprised to be told on checkout that there was a five percent discretionary charge added to the bill. this is highly unusual and not customer-friendly surely the room rate offered should cover all costs and fees. it made the overall experience less enjoyable

i found the check-in process smooth with a friendly welcome i discovered personalized embroidered washcloths were a lovely touch and there was a special kiddie version for my little one the staff accommodated a late swim request for my child this included escorting us to the pool after hours i could also use the wellness floor amenities even after checking out this prevented the trip feeling rushed.
i noticed a slight delay during breakfast service it was a minor inconvenience but worth noting for future visits

i found david the door guy very helpful. he gave me great ideas for restaurants and places to visit. he always had a smile on his face. upon my arrival, there was jackhammering in the lobby but david chatted with me was good.
i was very surprised to learn there was a 5% discretionary charge added to the bill upon checkout. this is not customer-friendly, and the room rate should cover all costs.
